Fees are
generally charged by the word or by the
page depending on the nature of
the project. Occasionally it
is more appropriate to charge by the
hour as when editing or proofreading copy already written.
Lynn always provides a
written quote and requires a signed acceptance before proceeding
with the assignment. Whether rush charges apply (a premium paid
on work done for same
or next day delivery) depends upon your timeline and level of
preparation. If the project requires a
significant commitment of time, a deposit of 25% of the quoted
price is required along with the signed acceptance.
While Lynn is
willing to offer, free of charge, valuable advice that can get a
project started or progressing in the right direction, she never
writes for free. Requests for her to
write on spec will not be considered.
